Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive the Google account details needed to authenticate you, such as your email address, name, profile image, and whether the email address is verified. We request only openid, email, and profile scopes.

Project and uploaded content. The generator lets you upload app screenshots, create text, select templates, choose device frames, and configure export settings. Project data is primarily stored in your browser. Uploaded screenshots may be sent to Launchscenes or cloud object storage when needed to place the image in your project, preview it, or render an export.

Payment and billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Launchscenes receives billing-related records such as your Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, payment status, entitlement, transaction metadata, delivery or access evidence, and the email address associated with the purchase. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Support communications. If you contact support, we collect the email address, message content, screenshots, files, and troubleshooting details you choose to provide.

Technical and usage information. We collect information needed to operate and secure the service, including IP address, request metadata, browser and device information, approximate timestamps, request IDs, rate-limit events, export events, error logs, and analytics events.

Local browser storage and cookies. Launchscenes uses browser storage to keep generator projects, editor preferences, onboarding state, and similar local state. We use cookies or equivalent session storage for authentication, Pro access restoration, fraud prevention, and service operation.

We use information to provide and improve the generator, authenticate users, preserve project state, render previews and exports, enforce free-export quotas, process payments, restore Pro access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, debug errors, secure the service, resolve billing or delivery disputes, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related information.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded screenshots to train AI models. We do not use your private app screenshots in public marketing unless you separately give us permission.

Launchscenes uses Google Sign-In to keep export limits, free usage, Pro access, and billing actions tied to one verified account. We use your Google email address as the primary account identifier.

We do not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google product data. If our requested Google scopes change in the future, we will update this policy and the Google OAuth consent configuration before using those additional permissions.

You keep ownership of the screenshots, text, designs, and other content you upload or create in Launchscenes. You grant Launchscenes a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate the service, including upload, preview, storage, export rendering, troubleshooting, and support.

Because projects are currently browser-first, clearing browser storage, switching browsers, or using a different device can remove local project state. If a screenshot is uploaded through signed cloud storage, it may remain in our storage systems until deleted under our retention procedures.

Stripe processes payment details, checkout, subscriptions, invoices, receipts, the customer portal, fraud prevention, tax or compliance data, and payment-method handling. Stripe may process personal information as described in its own privacy notices and agreements.

Stripe invoices and receipts can include the public business information configured in Stripe, such as the Launchscenes business name, website, support email, support phone, and support address if one is provided. We aim to keep customer-facing billing details Launchscenes-branded. Launchscenes may also keep limited hashed-account, request, checkout, export, and delivery records to support customer service, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, and dispute responses.

We use service providers to operate Launchscenes. These providers may process information only as needed for their role. Current or planned providers include Vercel for hosting, analytics, and serverless infrastructure; Google for sign-in and optional Google Fonts requests; Stripe for payments and billing; Cloudflare R2 for object storage; Upstash for quota and rate-limit storage; and Resend for transactional email.

If you choose an optional Google Font in the generator, your browser may request font CSS and font files from Google Fonts so the selected font can be loaded into the project.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, court order, government request, payment-network rules, tax obligations, fraud prevention, security investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Launchscenes, users, and others.

If Launchscenes is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continuity protections.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining billing and entitlement records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing agreements.

Local browser project data remains on your device until you delete it, clear browser storage, or the browser removes it. Support messages, billing records, logs, and security records may be retained longer when necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute handling.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS, authentication controls, same-origin checks, signed upload URLs, rate limiting, payment processing through Stripe, request logging, and limited access to production configuration.

No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. You are responsible for using a secure browser, protecting your Google account, and avoiding uploads that contain sensitive information you do not want processed by the service.

You can sign out, clear local browser project data, stop using Google Sign-In, manage payment and subscription information through Stripe-supported flows, and contact support to request help with access, deletion, correction, or privacy questions.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

Launchscenes is operated from the United States. If you use the service from another location, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
