Launchscenes is a digital product. We do not offer voluntary refunds after paid digital access is granted or a watermark-free ZIP export is generated, except where required by law, for duplicate or unauthorized charges, or for a confirmed Launchscenes system failure that we cannot reasonably remedy.
Monthly Pro can be canceled anytime through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; we do not offer voluntary prorated refunds for the current billing period after Pro access is granted.
For duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or failed paid delivery, include your Google email, Stripe receipt details, the export time, and any request ID shown by the app.
