Terms of Service

Launchscenes provides browser-based tools for creating iPhone App Store screenshot layouts from screenshots, text, templates, and device frames. The generator is desktop-only for launch, and public product scope is iPhone and iOS App Store workflows unless we state otherwise in the product.

You may use Launchscenes only if you can form a legally binding agreement and you comply with these Terms, applicable law, and any product-specific limits shown in the service.

Export, checkout, and Pro access require Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining access to and security of the Google account you use with Launchscenes.

We may refuse, suspend, or limit access if we believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, quota evasion, payment misuse, or behavior that harms Launchscenes or other users.

The free export path is intended as a preview mechanism. Signed-in free users may export one watermarked first-page preview ZIP each day. The app may show additional limits or warnings before export.

A one-time Pro purchase unlocks one watermark-free ZIP export for the purchased project, including all project pages supported by the export flow.

Monthly Pro access provides up to 30 successful watermark-free ZIP exports each month while the subscription and matching signed-in Google account remain active. Pro access is tied to the Google email and Stripe customer or subscription records used for purchase or restore.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a one-time export or monthly Pro access, you authorize Stripe and Launchscenes to process the payment, maintain billing records, and manage the related entitlement.

Launchscenes is a digital product. We do not offer voluntary refunds after paid digital access is granted or a watermark-free ZIP export is generated, except where required by law, for duplicate or unauthorized charges, or for a confirmed Launchscenes system failure that we cannot reasonably remedy.

Monthly Pro subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless canceled. You may cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not create voluntary prorated refunds for the current billing period after Pro access is granted.

If you believe a charge was duplicate or unauthorized, a paid export failed because of a Launchscenes system issue, or you need help with billing, contact support with your Google email, Stripe receipt details, and the request or export details you have available.

You keep ownership of screenshots, text, app imagery, designs, and other content you upload or create in Launchscenes. You grant Launchscenes a limited license to host, process, copy, render, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the service, generate previews and exports, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload and use your content. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or that contains sensitive information you are not authorized to process through Launchscenes.

You may not misuse Launchscenes, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the system, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, use the service to distribute malware or deceptive content, or use exports in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

You may not remove, obscure, or bypass free-export watermarks except through a legitimate paid export flow offered by Launchscenes.

Launchscenes helps create screenshot assets, but we do not guarantee App Store approval, app ranking, conversion rates, downloads, revenue, or acceptance by Apple or any other platform.

Apple, App Store, iPhone, Google, Stripe, and other third-party names, marks, and services belong to their respective owners. Launchscenes is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties unless explicitly stated.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, templates, pricing, quotas, supported devices, providers, or the service as needed for product quality, security, compliance, cost control, or business reasons.

We aim to keep Launchscenes reliable, but the service may be unavailable or degraded because of maintenance, bugs, provider outages, network issues, browser limitations, or other conditions outside our control.

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feedback, you allow Launchscenes to use them without restriction or compensation, while you retain any rights you already have in your own underlying materials.

Launchscenes is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchscenes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or platform rejection related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchscenes' total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Launchscenes for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Launchscenes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, failed to pay amounts due, or used Launchscenes in a way that could expose us or others to legal, security, financial, or operational harm.

We may update these Terms as the product, business, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continuing to use Launchscenes after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
